How do I know if there is room to book?

You can simulate a reservation request on our website. Possibilities for booking will figure.

How can I make a booking?

You can request a booking on our website. Our booking dept will reply to you by email for confirmation of availability and payment details.
You can send us your booking form (available with our brochure on simply request) by regular mail (you proceed to payment).

How can I pay my booking?

You can pay your booking by credit card or bank transfer.

Can I change my booking contract?

Each contract is nominative and may not be yielded in any case to other. It is possible to request changes at our booking dpt. Each contract modification (changing dates, etc.) involve additional costs of 15 €.

What is the minimum number of nights for a booking?

Camping
Reservation: minimum 7 nights
Arrival without reservation: no minimum (for stay in July and August: booking strongly advised)
Accommodations
from 28/04/12 to 30/06/12 and 01/09/12 to 22/09/12: Minimum 2 nights
from 30/06/12 to 01/09/12: minimum 7 nights
